• 普通人按流程配合即可，具體麻醉方式不必焦慮，它會根據你的身體狀況量身定制；
• 恢復時如果有持續不適，及時反饋，醫生會有辦法幫你調整；
• 未來麻醉技術會越來越科學、安全，重要的是保有信任和理性。

每次手術其實都是醫生和患者共同的“合力調整”，科學讓它越來越安全，而理性和溝通才能讓你少焦慮、多順心。
